You have capital to invest in the region
What these registers decide reaches the press months later, and by then the price has moved.
See the verified sample →CORREDOR reads 315 public sources across five countries, every fortnight, and assembles market by market what none of them publishes on its own.
In August the Uruguayan government cleared the sale of a hotel in Punta del Este. The paper it signed put the price in writing: 160 million dollars, and which other hotels it compared the place to. That paper comes from one of the 315 sources read here, across five countries, every fortnight. And what none of them says on its own — what was paid per unit of what the asset moves — is worked out here, with both figures in plain view.

A valuer will tell you that, and anyone can argue with it. The question is what they will compare it against the day somebody makes you an offer, because that number is not a matter of opinion: it is written, it has a date and your counterparty can open it. What changes when you have it first is which of you two is negotiating blind.
What is already read
Every one of these figures comes from a regulator's decision on a real purchase: which market, what was cleared and on what conditions. It is what your buyer already has on the table. Here it is read every fortnight, with the address of the document beside it.
Who it is for
What these registers decide reaches the press months later, and by then the price has moved.
See the verified sample →Your comparable exists, dated, with a file number. If you do not know it, your buyer does.
See the markets read →How each market reads
Exactly as the source wrote it, in the language of the document: the market in the words the authority used when it named one, and the movement where that is all the source publishes. Each line opens the document.
The questions that usually come up
This is published free on the regulator's own site.
It is, and it is spread across five registers with five formats. In Uruguay alone that is 121 documents a fortnight, and 2 of them name the market in the regulator's own words: finding those two is the work. What you pay for is not access — it is that somebody opened them, counted them, dated them and left you the address of the document.
I already have a global database.
Open the markets on this page with your database beside you. None of them comes from a commercial base: they come from the document whoever decided signed, with its file number and its date.

Why now
No offer expires here, and none ever will. Contracts do: every concession has a date it comes out and every tender a date it closes, and both are written down before anyone counts them. Whoever reads them when they are published chooses when to sit down. Whoever reads them in the general press found out what had already been decided.
What this is not
The complete edition arrives now, at no charge and with no automatic subscription. If the Southern Cone is not your market, you will see that there; and if it is, you will have the date, the file number and the figure before your counterparty does. And if you subscribe afterwards and it is not for you, you have 30 days: one click and the whole payment comes back, with nobody asking you anything.
