1. Scope
PROSPEKTA GLOBAL MARKETING LLC, which operates CORREDOR, is the controller of the data described here. This policy covers corredor.global, the request for the free edition, the subscription, the delivery of the documents and the email that carries them.
There is no hidden part of the system: what follows is the complete list.
It also covers a second kind of person: the contact at an institution CORREDOR researches in order to offer the product, who never wrote to us and whose public professional data the system nonetheless processes. What follows is the complete list for both.
2. What is kept
When you ask for the edition, the site keeps your email and the language you asked in. That is everything the form asks for: there is no second step, and no question about your company, your role or your country.
When you buy, the payment processor takes the card and returns to us the billing email, the amount, the currency, the tax country and the payment status. We never see or store the card number.
The delivery record does not hold your address: it holds an irreversible hash of it, which is what stops the same document being sent twice and what recognises your link, and from which the email cannot be recovered.
- email and language, so the document arrives in the language you asked in;
- the fact that you asked for the edition, with the date;
- purchase data returned by the payment processor, without the card number;
- an irreversible hash of the email in the delivery, unsubscribe and refund records;
- technical server events: date, route, outcome and errors, with no advertising profiling.
We do not ask you for passwords, online-banking credentials or account numbers, not on the site and not by email. If somebody asks you for them in CORREDOR's name, it is not CORREDOR.
Of an institution we research in order to offer the product, what is kept is what is professionally published: the institution's name, its domain, the country, the contact's name and role, the address of their public professional profile, and the address of the page where we saw the signal. We do not seek or keep sensitive data, private-life data, or anything behind a password or a payment. The basis is our legitimate interest in offering a professional product to people who work in the field, and you can object by writing to privacy@corredor.global: it is deleted and not researched again. If we never wrote to you, it is deleted on its own once it stops being an open opportunity.
3. What it is used for
To deliver what you asked for, charge what you bought, refund it if you ask, write to you about your subscription, and keep the accounting and security records the law requires.
Depending on the case, processing rests on performance of the contract, on your consent, on a legitimate interest in the product arriving and not being misused, or on a legal obligation.
We do not sell personal information, we do not pass it on for third-party advertising, and we do not build profiles to sell.
5. International transfers
CORREDOR operates from the United States and its providers operate in several countries, so your data is processed outside your country of residence. Where required, that transfer rests on the contractual clauses and safeguards the provider publishes.
6. Retention and security
The email and the form are kept while the subscription is active and, afterwards, for the applicable accounting and limitation period. Payment records follow the tax period. The hash of an unsubscribe is kept indefinitely, because it is precisely what prevents writing to you again.
Restricted, least-privilege access, encryption in transit, secrets outside the source code, signed links that expire, and an audit trail for every delivery. No system guarantees absolute security.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of processing, its portability, and you may object to a particular processing. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Write to privacy@corredor.global and it is resolved within the period the law sets — one month in the European Union. We may need to check it is you, and we may keep what the law obliges us to keep; if so, we will tell you, and tell you why.
Unsubscribing needs no email to anybody: every message carries the link, and one click is enough.
8. Communications
We write to deliver what you asked for, about anything touching your subscription, your payment or the security of your access, and to send the editions you asked to receive.
You can stop the commercial email at any time from the link in any message. Service, billing and security notices may still arrive while the relationship exists.
CORREDOR does not use purchased lists, does not hide or disguise who is writing, and does not contact anybody again after an unsubscribe or a valid deletion request.
9. Contact
