1. Who this is between
This agreement is between PROSPEKTA GLOBAL MARKETING LLC, which operates CORREDOR, and the person or organisation that subscribes to or uses the service.
You accept these Terms by paying, by leaving your email to receive an edition, or by accessing restricted material. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Where a signed order form or mandate exists, that document prevails over these Terms in anything it expressly contradicts.
2. What the service is
CORREDOR is a publication that reads the public sources of the Southern Cone — competition registers, official gazettes, exchanges, ports and trade press — and counts what they say together. It gathers the pieces of a single fact even when different outlets publish them, opens each document, searches for what is missing and works out what none of them publishes, such as the price per unit of capacity. It delivers The Monitor every fortnight, The Thesis every month and, at the level that includes it, The Register.
Coverage, frequency and formats may change as the sources change. The reading currently covers Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, Chile and southern Brazil, and each register is readable to a different degree: that is published on the site and updated with every reading.
The material rests on public and third-party sources. Judgement and evidence checks are applied, but no source is warranted to be complete, current or free of error.
How it is written, said plainly: the fact, the figure, the source and the date come from the document that was read, and a language model writes three parts of each note — the context, what it means and what it changes for each reader — along with the market-analysis sections. Every number and every proper name that model writes is checked against the evidence before publication; whatever fails that check is discarded and the piece comes out shorter.
3. What is sold and at what price
- LECTOR — USD 2,400 a year or USD 240 a month: the fortnightly Monitor and the monthly Thesis.
- CÍRCULO — USD 12,000 a year or USD 1,200 a month: everything in LECTOR plus The Register every fortnight, and both arrive first.
- INSTITUCIONAL — USD 35,000 a year or USD 3,500 a month: everything in CÍRCULO, licensed for the whole organisation, with no reader limit.
- La Lectura de un Mercado — USD 250, a single payment that does not renew: one Southern Cone market read end to end. The purchase gives access to every reading published as at the date of payment that meets the editorial standard then in force, not to one only. A reading published under an earlier standard stays with whoever bought it then and is not part of a new purchase.
No level includes calls, meetings, sessions, introductions to third parties or any other commitment of a person's time: what is sold is the finished document. That is not an omission, it is the design of the product, and it is why delivery and refund are automatic.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes due in your jurisdiction, which are added or stated at checkout.
A buy or sell mandate is a separate service. It is assessed case by case and is not a benefit of any membership.
4. How you buy and how it arrives
The contract forms when card payment completes at checkout. No signed order form is required: the payment processor issues the receipt automatically, to the address used for payment, and it serves as the tax record of the charge. If you need an invoice with different details, ask billing@corredor.global; like anything that goes through a mailbox, it carries no committed deadline.
Delivery is immediate and automatic. The document arrives by email at the address used for payment, with a personal link. There is nothing to schedule and the document is the whole delivery.
By completing payment you expressly ask for delivery to begin immediately and acknowledge that, once begun, you lose any right of withdrawal consumer law may give you over digital content. That request and that acknowledgement are collected at checkout, at the moment of payment.
A subscription renews for the period you chose until you cancel, and cancels from the link in any of its emails. A one-off purchase is delivered once and creates no later charge.
5. The 30-day refund
For 30 days from purchase you may ask for the payment back in full, for any reason or none. It is deliberately wider than the right waived above.
The email that delivered the document carries a link that does it: one click and the payment returns to the card it came from. It is automatic in the literal sense - no person is involved, nobody assesses it, nobody asks what was wrong, and there is nothing to justify.
The document remains yours. If the link is lost, access@corredor.global does the same by hand.
6. What you may do with the material
Access is personal to authorised users and limited to the licensed organisation and the agreed purpose. You must protect your credentials and report suspected misuse without delay.
You may use reasonable extracts for your own organisation's decisions, preserving attribution. You may not redistribute, publish, resell, scrape, train a model on, build a competing database from, or give third parties access to the material. Automated access requires written authorisation.
CORREDOR retains all rights in the service, the methodology, the databases and the materials. Confidential information you provide remains yours. Each party protects the other's non-public information and uses it only for the agreed purpose, subject to legal disclosure obligations.
7. What this is not
CORREDOR delivers intelligence, not investment, legal, tax, accounting or regulated financial advice. Nothing it publishes is an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation, a valuation or a promise of return.
You remain responsible for independent verification, professional advice and every investment or transaction decision. Past transactions and comparables do not predict future outcomes.
Any origination, brokerage, placement or mandate activity requires a separate written agreement.
8. Liability, suspension and law
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as available". CORREDOR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profit, arising from use of the material, from missed opportunities or from decisions taken on it.
Where liability cannot be excluded, CORREDOR's aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for that subscription in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability the law forbids us to limit.
Access may be restricted or suspended for overdue payment, misuse of credentials or confidential material, security threats, legal requirement or material breach. Where reasonably possible we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Termination does not extinguish obligations already accrued.
Unless an applicable order says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, preserving any mandatory right that cannot lawfully be waived. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in writing and in good faith.
These Terms may be updated prospectively. A material change affecting a period already paid for is communicated to the registered email and does not retroactively reduce what was agreed without adequate compensation.
